These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PopAEO, an AI search visibility service for e-commerce merchants ("PopAEO", "we", "us"). By accessing or using PopAEO, you agree to these Terms.
PopAEO provides catalog auditing, llms.txt generation, optimization tools, and analytics for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Features may vary by platform and subscription plan.
You must provide accurate store connection information. Paid features require an active PopAEO Pro subscription. Shopify billing is handled by Shopify. WooCommerce billing is handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use PopAEO in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
You retain ownership of your store data. You grant PopAEO permission to process catalog data solely to provide the service, including generating and publishing llms.txt content you authorize.
PopAEO scores and analytics are modeled estimates, not guaranteed search rankings or revenue outcomes. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
