Refund Policy

PopAEO offers subscription plans with a 7-day free trial where configured on your billing platform. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Shopify subscriptions

If you subscribed through the Shopify App Store, billing and refunds follow Shopify's app billing policies. Cancel or manage your plan from Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → PopAEO.

WooCommerce subscriptions (Paddle)

If you subscribed through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record. Refunds and cancellations are processed according to Paddle's buyer terms and your subscription status. Use the Paddle customer portal link from your PopAEO WooCommerce dashboard to cancel or update payment details.

Free trial

During an active trial period you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After a paid charge occurs, refund eligibility depends on the billing provider and the circumstances of the request.
